Our Winter Lentils are great in soups and salads, they are full of flavor and protein.
Our lentils are grown together with a grain to provide winter ground cover and weed suppression. Therefore they are not a gluten free food and there is a possibility of finding a stray kernel of wheat or barley.

This year’s crop was an almost complete failure. We had planted 22 acres but due to the August drought in our region and adverse growing conditions we were left with less than half a ton after cleaning.
To stretch our inventory and make sure as many people have the opportunity to order as possible we are limiting orders of our lentils to one per customer.
Due to the way Squarespace is set up we cannot directly limit the amount you put in your cart to a single bag of lentils so we are asking you all to be on your honor and will contact you about refunding or voiding you order should you order more
Thank you for understanding, this is as disappointing to us as it is to you and we hope next year’s crop is better
