Our 2025 crop did not meet the quality standards we set for milling grains that we sell. At this point we are sold out of previous crop year Fredrick and unfortunately will not have a new crop in stock until next year’s harvest.
One of our neighbors had a crop of a generic variety of Certified Organic Soft White Wheat that did pass our quality controls that we are now carrying. This wheat should handle similarly to the Fredrick we normally carry and we are able to offer it for a slightly lower price but it is not Fredrick. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for working with us through this difficulty
