Our 2025 crop did not meet the quality standards we set for milling grains that we sell. At this point we are sold out of previous crop year Fredrick and unfortunately will not have a new crop in stock until next year’s harvest. We are working to mitigate and avoid this potential issue in the future but carrying single and limited source products carry this hazard. We have found and will be sourcing another New York State Origin Certified Organic soft white wheat that did pass our quality controls and will be stocking that as soon as we have gotten that cleaned and packed.
